The estate produces three premium Toscana IGT wines: the flagship Cabernet Franc-led blend, Arcanum; a Merlot-based blend, Valadorna; and a blend of international varieties, il fauno di Arcanum.
Sourced primarily from the L’Apparita and Belvedere blocks of Cabernet Franc which have superb sun exposure and sandy clay soils and produce the finest expression of this variety. This remarkable wine is built to age yet is drinkable young, offering aromas of violets, roses and raspberries, with long and delicate spice notes.
This Merlot-led blend is sourced primarily from the Valadorna and Capraia blocks, which produce the estate’s most complex and mineral-led expressions of this variety with flavors of morello cherries, fleshy mission figs, iron, and graphite.
This blend of international varieties is sourced from vineyard blocks located in the lower section of the estate, in a warmer, exposed subsection that ripens early and produces wines that tend to be voluptuous and lush. The nose exudes ripe black cherries, earthy vanilla bean, and cedar.
